Cakes and biscuits simply taste best from grandma. That's why you can learn directly from the source: our baking professionals. Under the watchful eye of our oldies, nothing can go wrong! During the baking course in our smart baking studio, you'll not only learn how to prepare the cake properly, but also get to know your granny and your fellow bakers. Because in addition to all the baking action, there will of course also be time for a treat or two from our oldies and a glass of eggnog. And you don't have to worry about cleaning up, we'll do that for you! You can take your masterpiece home safely packed in a cake tresor and we'll clean up the mess in the baking studio.

In our brand new Vollpension baking studio in the backyard of Mariahilferstraße 101, 1060 Vienna, there's 100m2 of loft space that's the ideal place for baking fun with grandma. Our giant graffiti on one side, grandma's kitschy-sweet studio kitchen on the other, and you right inside at your fully equipped baking stations.

What is included in the price?
The live baking course with granny is a happy-all-over package. In addition to a lot of fun and granny love, the following is included:
- All necessary ingredients
- All necessary utensils
- Guidance through the course by a Vollpension baking senior
- Moderation
- A Vollpension apron for the length of the course
- Non-alcoholic beverages
- Recipe of the sweet you are baking in the course in the form of a certificate
- Complete sweet you baked in a granny cardboard cake box to take home

How long is the course?
Generally, between 2.5 and 3.5 hours, but we don’t mind if it is longer when there is a lot of chatting! 🙂

Can I book an exclusive live baking course for my own birthday on a specifically selected date?
For sure! Use the form and send an inquiry. Don’t forget to tell us how many people will attend and the date. Minimum number of persons: 8
Can I book a live baking course as a company together with my colleagues?

Do I need to have a basic knowledge of baking when attending a live baking course?
No, our seniors explain every little step one after the other, slowly and in plenty of detail. Most important is for you to have fun and to be excited for the sweets 🙂
